This focused questionnaire is designed for your convenience, allowing you to outline your project's K-2 learning objectives, target audience (ages 5-8), curriculum context, and initial ideas. This helps us grasp your needs quickly for a productive follow-up.
I (Simon Lee) personally review every Blueprint and will email you a considered response within 24-48 business hours to discuss project fit and next steps.
Step 2: The Collaborative Content Brief (The Planning Cornerstone)
If we're aligned, we then proceed to the Collaborative Content Brief. This is our crucial joint planning session (often using shared documents for easy, asynchronous input).
Here, applying our 'Dual-Lens Approach' (K-6 Pedagogy + Digital Content Strategy), we meticulously define every aspect of your audio, ensuring we're perfectly in sync before production. This agreed-upon brief forms the basis for your detailed project proposal.

Indicative Investment (Single Song with Standard License): A single custom K-2 song (approx. 60-180s), which always includes its comprehensive Song Content Report (our 'proof of pedagogy') and a Standard EdTech Commercial License (see typical terms below), generally ranges from $1200 to $2400+ USD.
Our AI-Augmented Model & Value: Our 'Human-Expertise-First, AI-Augmented' model means your primary investment is in top-tier K-2 pedagogical expertise and human creativity. Where AI responsibly assists our experts (under strict guidance), it can enhance efficiency in exploring creative options without compromising our human-led quality, ensuring excellent value.

3. Licensing Your Audio & Its Impact on Investment
The scope of usage rights you need is a key factor in determining the project’s overall investment. We offer the following typical licenses, and your choice will be clearly reflected in your Tailored Project Proposal:
Standard EdTech Commercial License: Typically grants exclusive, perpetual, worldwide rights for use in one (1) named EdTech product (e.g., your app or specific learning platform). This license scope is generally aligned with our indicative single-song pricing.
Premium Publisher Commercial License: Typically grants broader exclusive, perpetual, worldwide rights for use in one (1) named curriculum set or publication series. This wider scope generally reflects a higher investment tier.
Full Copyright Ownership (Buyout/Work For Hire): Transfers all intellectual property rights to you for maximum flexibility and control. This option represents the most comprehensive rights package and therefore the highest investment level.
